Footprints for the future: A personal planning manual

The Arc of East Middlesex created this manual as a detailed planning tool for parents, where they can document specific and personal information about their son or daughter with special needs—for future caregivers. The manual is extremely well-organized and leads parents through a spectrum of critical topics ranging from their child’s disability information, to major illnesses and surgeries, to medical matters, and much, much more.  The author’s intent? “…so I could sleep more easily at night, comfortable in the knowledge that important information would be available to future caregivers and to the people who currently support [my son].” (updated August 31, 2012)
