Help with Listen Feature Help with Listen Feature

This 8-page shell of an IFSP (individualized family service plan) will help early interventionists and families develop an effective IFSP for a child younger than 5 years old who’s had a traumatic brain injury (TBI). Includes lots of questions and prompts to guide the team’s thinking on how to address the child’s developmental needs, post-TBI.  (Link updated, April 2013)
