In a previous issue of ELA Notes, Perry Zirkel provided a brief set of practical tips, in the form of No-No’s, concerning eligibility under Section 504.  In  light of the Americans with Disabilities Amendments Act (ADAA), which reversed various judicial interpretations of the definition of disability in Section 504 and its sister statute, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), he offers this “redux” of the biggest 504 errors.
